1. Nature of these commitments
These commitments describe our general working approach and do not replace a proposal, contract, service-level agreement, or specific warranty. Each project is adapted to its scope, budget, risks, and dependencies.
2. Discovery and proposal
- We listen to the project goals, users, constraints, and priorities.
- We define deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, schedule, price, and payment terms in writing.
- We identify third-party services, licenses, content, and access the client must provide.
An initial inquiry or site estimate does not reserve capacity or bind either party.
3. Communication
We aim to acknowledge site inquiries and provide an initial response within one business day. This target may vary due to complexity, holidays, channel availability, or events outside our control.
During a project, we agree on responsible contacts, the main channel, reporting frequency, and a mechanism for approving decisions.
4. Scope and changes
Work follows the approved scope. A request that changes deliverables, integrations, design, volume, or dates may require an impact assessment and a written cost or schedule change before implementation.
5. Quality, review, and acceptance
- We apply review and testing proportional to the type of solution.
- The client must review deliverables and report observations within the agreed period.
- Acceptance criteria, browsers, devices, and supported environments should be defined in the proposal.
No software is free of defects under every possible condition. We correct issues included in the agreed warranty or support, while new features and scope changes are assessed separately.
6. Timelines and dependencies
Timelines depend on timely client approvals, content, access, payments, and responses, as well as external providers. We communicate material risks and adjust the plan when a dependency changes.
7. Delivery, support, and maintenance
Production release, documentation, training, warranty, maintenance, monitoring, and backups are included only when stated in the proposal. Ongoing support may be arranged for a period, a block of hours, or a separate request.
8. Client responsibilities
- Provide lawful and accurate information, materials, permissions, and access.
- Appoint a person authorized to approve and respond.
- Review deliverables and keep copies of information under the client’s control.
- Pay for licenses, platforms, and external services not expressly included.
9. Results and third parties
We do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, audience, or business outcomes because they depend on external factors and client decisions. Third-party service terms may change and affect costs or operation.
10. Privacy, ownership, and confidentiality
The proposal defines information handling, ownership of deliverables, and use of pre-existing or third-party components. The Privacy policy and Security and confidentiality policy also apply.
These pages describe the general operation of the site. A signed proposal or contract may establish project-specific conditions and will govern that service.
